Please consider purchasing my first novel, IN THE SEVENTH DAY which is not about Mormons! This novel is about religion gone haywire, however. The novel is also graphic — violent with sadism and evil displayed. Thanks in advance!
This evening, I cracked 14K on my latest novel, GANI & SEAN ( in process )… My characters are coming to life, especially a side character named Kristoff Koczella who is called The Cock behind his back ( although he knows he’s called this ). The Cock is a drug kingpin, rich beyond imagination, who likes alcohol and women almost as much as he likes money.
Another character coming to life is his limousine driver, John.
My main characters are finding their ways, struggling to emerge as REAL people in charge of their own destinies.
I’ve just written 12,642 words in my newest novel in process, GANI & SEAN.
My latest novel (working title: GANI & SEAN) is well underway. Set in a presently unknown country, two assassins are thrown together – one male, the other female. What happens is yet to be… written. More to come.
I realized again today how difficult it is to promote IN THE SEVENTH DAY. I don’t know what to call it – a crime novel (is it?), erotic literature (is it?), an investigation of the evils of religion (is it?), an exploration of the damned (is it?)… or something else? Or all of these?
I’m fascinated by the characters I’ve created; excuse me – by the characters who seem to create themselves! And I pity all of them (with the exception of one; and no, it’s not Kevin Hillar).
If you read the book, I imagine you’ll realize who I can not pity.
“Truth is so rare that it is delightful to tell it.”
— Emily Dickinson
“And above all things, never think that you’re not good enough yourself. A man should never think that. My belief is that in life people will take you at your own reckoning.”
– Isaac Asimov
A dear friend bought a signed copy of IN THE SEVENTH DAY here on the first day of 2013. How lovely.
